Hello all, My name is Seth. I have been an active reader of this forum for a couple months now. Was practicing keeping my mouth shut and eyes and ears open. I graduated high school back in May. I had been in contact with my recruiter for a couple months by then and obtained an 11x Option 40 contract a couple weeks after graduation. My ship date (20170905) is fastly approaching and Im excited and PTing my ass off. Today is my last day at work and I will have 13 days to fully focus on PT and spending time with family. I look forward to completing as many tasks on the "five mentees report here" thread and learning anything and everything I can up until I leave. Will post an updated APFT tomorrow.

A little bit about myself... Im Currently 18, will turn 19 5 days after I ship , I know birthday in 30th AG.. FUN, My dad is an active duty 68w and have been an Army brat and moved around my entire life. Ive always been competitive in everything I do. I hate to lose. I first learned of the Special Operations community from reading a book called "Fearless" by Eric Bleihm and it was a memoir of Navy SEAL Adam Brown. Its a phenominal book for anyone who hasnt read it I highly recommend. I started to research and found the Rangers to be what I was most interested in and am now pursuing it with my all. Little less than two weeks till I ship and am ready to learn and become the best soldier I can.

2 mile run: 13:05

6 pull-ups
5 mile Run: 37:48
Need to improve on Push ups and Pull ups majorly as well as my 5 mile run time.
