13f color vision

Rangers,

I'm having trouble finding an answer to my question. Can I be a 13f if I failed the PIP test, but passed the Falant? From my understanding the Army treats passing the Falant as normal color vision but MEPS does not, meaning I could not enlist for 13f for my initial enlistment. Is this correct?
