Hello, In 85 after airborne school I attended what I think was the 2nd RIP. I have many fond memories of this, (leap frogging up cardiac hill, getting stuck in the concertina wire as we practice dive rolling over it stacked 3 high. 1sg Conrad having a duce and a half drive over him. A special shout out to all the instructors at RIP, you showed me why I wanted to be a Ranger.
After RIP I went to C co 2/75 2nd platoon and a m60 machinegun, Ranger school class 9-86. I left 2/75 in 88 after injuring my shoulder.
I had many adventures serving in the military some good some bad, but I am proud to have served with the Rangers, It helped shape who I am today.
Peace.

Tell us more about yourself and what's happened to you since you left the Ranger Battalion? I am amazed at how the Ranger Experience affects Rangers. I live in the Washington, DC area and I run into Rangers in the strangest places. Most of them successful.mpgorman wrote:88-90, 9th ID LRSU
