Black Monday

Post by Cayo »

Rangers,

I have been searching for a while now and haven't come up with anything so I hope I'm not just blind and you guys send me to another post.

I was wondering what "black monday" is in RASP. I know what Cole Range is, but not this.

It was only mentioned in passing on wikipedia (I know I know, not the most accurate source of information, but still very useful) but apparently it is at the beginning of the fourth week and knocks out about a quarter of the class.

Could anyone here tell me what it consists of?

Thank you very much

It's the day before "Tangerine Tuesday" and the day after "Silver Sunday"

NO! If it is not public information there is probably a reason.

Pretty sure that Black Monday is the day where you are put into a pit with the Rancore. If you survive you then have to fight your roommate to the death while eating his shit. If you survive all of that then you have to crawl across a mile of broken glass. After that comes Tuesday. Now you know

Thing is, if we break down and tell you about BLACK MONDAY, then you are just going to want us to tell you about Santa Claus too. So the best thing is that we just don't start at all. Let's just leave it that if you make it through to Tangerine Tuesday, then come back and we will tell you about BLACK MONDAY. Fair enough?

Haha
Thank you all for the replies, they were possibly a little more amusing than helpful, but appreciated none the less.

Oh yeah, and only one rancor? That is a serious relief.

I heard that they were going to all throw us in pit with my mother in law.

Rest assured that she has a lot more killing power than any rancor...

Just take it as it comes and do your best; which is exactly how it works in combat.
If that worries you, the army can always use more cooks.
