Anyone notice this about Rangers??

In almost all of the pics i see i almost never/rarely see any of them with glasses on. Just a small observation. Do most Combat Mos's get the laser eye surgery?? I hear the army will pay for it when your in.

Glasses don't look cool in photos, not even go-faster's!

Plenty of kids in the Battalions with glasses... dunno why you haven't seen any pics w/ them on.

As for the surgery however, when I left 1/75 in '01, we were sending an ass-load of joes up to Bragg every month for laser surgery... on the house, ... not sure if they're still doing it... nor do I know how it applied to reg. army folks...
