Good deal. With combat tours, a tab and Smokey the Bear hat already, you most likely have what it takes.
I'm pretty sure there's threads around here about "imports" but you probably already know all you need to to succeed. One of the most respected NCOs in Regiment came from the Old Guard, so it can be done well.
How long are you stuck at Knox before you can break loose?
