I'm trying to find somewhere to do my 2 mile run. hopefully I'll have it up in a few days.
My scores are pretty weak but it's a big improvement from when I started, my pushups have risen by about 20 and my sit ups by around 30.
Does anyone have advice for doing sit ups? For some reason I'm unusually bad at them so any help would be great.

Thank you Ranger ., I'll start getting on those flutter kicks right now. In a few weeks I'll post my new scores to see how they've improved.

Thanks again Ranger ., I've been working on my sit ups and I've increased my max by 10 so far, the flutter kicks seem to be helping a lot.
