The contractor, Adam Hermanson, 25, died Sept. 1, his wife, Janine, said Tuesday. She added that a military medical examiner told her that preliminary findings indicate her husband died from low voltage electrocution.

One of those killed was from here in Pittsburgh. The investigation said the water pump that fed the shower was improperly grounded. Simple stuff any apprentice electrician would know.

Re: AP NewsBreak: Contractor electrocuted in shower
I chatted with an electrical contractor on my last trip over, and he was saying something about how the generators were wired, basically the electrical systems were set up by the 3rd world TCN's and then "inspected" by U.S. contractors. Which was pretty much 2 different ways of wiring things and then grounding them out.

I reckon a little "No Rinse Shampoo" is an applicable solution if not the only solution at this point.
