Rib contusion, factured ribs possible, multiple abrasions

Hi,
Help,

1. any suggestions on how to lessen pain associated with:
Rib contusion, possibly fractured ribs is greatly appreciated; I understand from the ER doctor pain is a significant problem and often lasts for several weeks

2. any suggestions on what increases healing of
multiple abrasions on elbows, forearms, triceps; I've clean out most of the asphalt etc.

I had to take one of my best friend's to St. Peter's ER this weekend, they had a tumble on their Street Bob (Harley) and they were able to drive their bike home.

I didn't see any other posts specifically related to these types of injuries so I posted this.
