My Push Up improvement

Post by Herbz »

Hello, I took the PT test and was dissapointed in my results. After seeing them however, this has motivated me to improve and be the best that I can be. I will be using Ranger Silverback's Push-Up improvement plan and I will post my results. I will start this program on Monday.

My PT test:

40 Push Ups
83 Sit Ups
15 Pull Ups
(2-mile not done yet, need to start running again)

I would like the Rangers on this forum to offer me any advice to help me during this. Or tell me if this is the right program to start with.

Thank you for taking time to help me out.

Actually, 40 pushups is better than most people can do. At least you have a base to build on. When you start working on them, you will improve rapidly. Post your numbers every two weeks.
