Introduction from a Non-Ranger Vet

Post by StrykeFirst »

How's everybody doing today?

Well, this is my intro...I'm an E-4 with 2yrs and some chump change TIS and I'm gettin ready to go Ranger School in early October (hench how I found stumbled upon this site). I'm stationed up in Alaska (probably due to the fact that god is punishing for something I did in a past life I dont know).

Quick Bio...July 05-Oct 05 OSUT
Early Nov 05-Nov 23 05 Airborne
OIF III December 05-June 06 in Mosul
OIF III June 06-December 06 in Baghdad

Like I said I'm gettin ready (physically and mentally) to go to Ranger School in early October, and Im here trying to gather whatever information and hints/tips I can get before I head off to do bigger and better things because If I hang out in Garrison any longer, I'm probably gonna smoke a handgun. Thats all I got, so I'll move out swiftly.

Welcome and congratulations for getting a slot for Ranger School. Whereever you are assigned, you will be a better leader for attending. There is much information on this site to help you prepare and you will find the answers to most of your questions and PT programs to get you ready. Best of luck to you.
