I did all 2500 without ever dropping to a knee.

I hit 1000 at 1 hour and 55 minutes. I really had no set pattern, it was just sets ranging from 15 to 40 that whole time. I basically just did as many as I could during each set until I started to feel like it was time for muscle failure which would have slowed me down. I'll see how many I can get in the full 4 hours at some point.
