Oddly kid, he means it. So, my advise would be the hammer method. Don't try doing the twist method as it will take you all damn day. One smack with a big hammer and you can go about your business. He's right to, as soon as you hit that ankle you'll hardly notice the other.

Welcome. You've arrived at the party a little late to get the full benefit from this site prior to RIP. Just be sure to heal completely before RIP. And take the time to prepare yourself mentally - we don't want you coming back here telling us how you "could have if only...". If you want it - you'll get it. Good luck.

Damn! Well, things could be worse. Make sure you fully heal before you attend RIP -- injuries have a way of recurring at the worst times.
