Oddly kid, he means it. So, my advise would be the hammer method. Don't try doing the twist method as it will take you all damn day. One smack with a big hammer and you can go about your business. He's right to, as soon as you hit that ankle you'll hardly notice the other.

Welcome. You've arrived at the party a little late to get the full benefit from this site prior to RIP. Just be sure to heal completely before RIP. Damn! Well, things could be worse. Make sure you fully heal before you attend RIP -- injuries have a way of recurring at the worst times.
