DAMN! I always wondered about that story! Of course, when I heard it, it was 'off the Bco barracks' so I didn't give it much credence.

it was the 4th floor of the Apt building he was living in. Took a header off of the balcony. Landed on the side of his face on the sidewalk.

The scarey thing is he placed 5th in the Best Ranger Comp that year less than 30 days later. Hardest Dude I ever Knew.
