Roger, Ranger Jim.

APFT Score: 300 (Personal Record)
Push ups- 78
Sit ups- 81(PR)
2-mile run- 12.56
Pull ups- 13

Sitrep:
Lots of success in July. Task-list has been completed. Surpassed personal records for sit-up reps and overall APFT score. Rednovember and I had an informative conversation with a Marine. I also got a raise at work. Just a little over a month until I ship. Right now I am brushing up on the basics such as knot tying, land nav, ARIS, and also soaking up as much knowledge as I can. Not to mention making physical improvements along the way. This website been a valuable asset for me as a Ranger candidate and I am glad to be a part of it.

APFT SITREP:

Push ups- 71
Sit ups- 81
2 mile run- 13.07
Pull ups- 15
APFT score- 297

Debating on whether to focus more on strength(since I won't have access to weights in OSUT) or APFT improvement(since I take one next Thursday with recruiter before I leave). Either way I won't neglect either one these last few days I have. I feel physically prepared for training.
