Introduction mrsir187

Post by mrsir187 »

Hello,
my name is Nolan, I am 19, and was born and raised in Texas I leave for OSUT with an 11x Op40 contract . I graduated HS and went to college for chemistry for a year. I served as foreign contractor (20*319 MLE) from 2014-2015. I did not enjoy it for different reasons and ended my contract early because of it. I came back to the states in May and was going to sign a PJ contract when a former 75th ranger who is an alumni in my fraternity told me to read a book SUA SPONTE The Forging of a Modern American Ranger by Dick Couch. After reading I was so impressed by the teamwork, training, and professionalism of the Ranger Regiment I knew this is what I want to do.

My APFT follows
pushups 82
sit-ups 93
2 mile run 13:27 ( not the best)
( I know this is not part of the APFT but 12mile ruck time 2:19.49min, not with boots, and 25 correct pullups)
Thanks for letting me on this site I hope to gain as much knowledge before going to RASP in March.

Welcome Nolan, you have very little time left to prepare, remember, no matter how good of shape your body is in, it is your mind that will quit on you. No matter the task, always push to do a little extra. Train your mind not to quit. Give everything you've got, ever time you give and never, ever quit! RLTW
