Thanks are warranted to these great Veterans of WWII.
During Vietnam we had FAC's (Foward Air Command) and while on a Ranger mission engaged in contact with NVA (larger than us by 5to1) - said FAC fired willie peter rocket into eneny force saving our team. When Gunships later arrived on scene FAC directed where to put ordinance on eneny.
Edited to add: our FAC's were both small pipers & OV - 10's. God bless these hero's too!
