The two "Marine embassy guards" who were killed, were not Marines and were not guards. In the words of one of them, posted on line, they were there looking for weapons that needed to be cleaned up after the war there. So, these two former SEALs, who are working for the government, but not the state department (think northern Virginia) are trying to collect up weapons... not AK47s, but things that we gave them that can do some real harm, such as STINGER missiles..........
