The joke is Pres. Obama has never been to Israel & will never go. He can not allow the Muslim Nations [of the world] see him there.
One thing though, I can't imagine their reasoning would be fear of him rising from the dead. A smarter group may have accepted the deal and get Pres. Obama once more. Just think of the photo op! He could get elected for his entire death.
Besides, Pres. Obama would have wanted them to spent more money either way.
