what can you tell us newts/DEPs about blood pooling?
And has anyone else ever experienced this?
I seem to have a case of it myself following my last run. Im now walking around like an old man that just got back from his old prison buddy's birthday party.
Mine is in my calves, and so i have to short-step to keep from putting weight and contracting that muscle. I've also heard of some of my football teammates getting it in their feet after long practices, especially ones where lots of running is involved.
