Welcome to the site, and thank you for your service. There are many forums on this site to help you and your family get adjusted to the Ranger family. I like you are eagerly waiting for that RASP class to start, I have been mentoring a young man like your son for some time now and he also is slated to begin in Jan. Best of luck to him.

The way I became a Ranger and have earned the small amount of success I have had in life has been mostly due to one quality - determination. Lefty.

I just wanted to say hello. We met at Airborne grad and our son's are in hold together. Seems like the relationships between some of them are already being strengthened. I'm thankful there is such a strong group of young men going through this together. Hopefully we will see each other again in a few months to celebrate their successful completion of RASP!

Ps. Did you have any luck convincing them to save their money and eat at the Airborne DFAC?
