I'm on a small island, out here on the Outer Banks. Just watched a sunset while listening to the Best of the Eagles, drinking a bottle of muscadine wine. No other folks anywhere in sight. After dark the sky was lit up with God's own fireworks display as the lightning crashed around the open sea. No sound though, because it is so far away.

Life is good.

Fun place to be! Have some friends that own two houses out there. Been there several times. Wish I was there with you now.

Oh yeah, side note....I found out today that I am getting promoted at the PD, moved to day shift, and getting a 2011 Crown Vic. Life is good.

My abnormal psych prof told our class that the only difference between us and the people in the state hospital was that they unfortunately
drew too much negative attention to themselves. Congradulations on your recent good fortune. Be safe, Brother.
