I'm glad they fought but...how in the world do you withdraw from an objective without all your personnel?

Looked like it was a squad-sized patrol. We all know how difficult those are. RIP Soldier.

It was hard to watch.

I was thinking the same thing. That set off an alarm for me. I won't armchair quarterback them though. If anything it is a good illustration of the need for PAX accountability no matter the size of the element; a sobering reminder to all of us who are leading men in combat of how something minor and routine can become deadly serious in a blink.
