2nd-3:26
3rd-3:31

With you and you only, I'm not particularly worried about the running portion of the work outs as you're most likely getting the running in that you need with practice and meets. What I am concerned about is that you maintain the running when the season ends.

For the rest of you......run :!:

Here's Tuesdays plan

Use the daily work out posted on http://www.militaryathlete.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; as that's the one that I am using today.

Post your results

Ranger Ndog275,
Tried to access the site on a school computer but it wouldn't get through the filter. Instead I tried the first workout on this post:
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
In 28min 32sec I completed:
65 pull ups
130 push ups
300 squats
Then the period ended, but honestly I would not have done that much more. I already did 100 pushups right after I woke up so my upper body was pretty fried.

Nice job on the run! I was hating life after two hours :(

Use the military athlete site again for today's work out. This one isn't as brutal.

Ranger Ndog275,
Currently in the middle of the Stomach Flu Workout. So far I've done 5 rounds of the following:
eat soup
drink 7Up
puke it all out again
Tried to throw in some pushups but that resulted in immediate performance of exercize 3. Will continue with regular workout tommorrow.

The step ups were so much fun after the run yesterday, and now I know for sure why the manmakers are called manmakers.

Step Ups 35.35.35.35.25.25.25.15.15.10

Manmakers 4.4.5.5.4.4.4.3.3.2.

This one combined with yesterday's run qualify as probably the toughest WO to date on this thread.

Glad that one was such a hit. Use militaryathlete.com again for the work out. Improvise and adapt as needed based upon the facilities available to you. Post your results.

Ranger Ndog275,
Wasn't able to access site, need to look up some proxies  . Instead did 30 manmakers with 25 lb dumbells. Then spent the rest of the period, Iwork out during PE, doing pushups and situps. Lost count on those. Are there any other sites you would recommend for workouts?

I recommend you go back and reread everything that other Rangers and I have written about so far, that's what I recommend.

Anyway, with that having been said, good job on taking charge and getting something done in what appeared to be the absence of orders. 8)
