Rep. Patrick Kennedy suffers from his father's genetic malfuction concerning auto driving. He had the unreasonable desire to operate a motor vehicle after ingesting meds for insomnia and a anti-nausea. Of course both of these drugs induce sleep, hello! AKA driving under the influence.
