I got that one in 99 I think. It was for our (the riggers) running of the deployment processing center at Kleber I think? Can't remember who it was at the time. It wasn't all that long ago, but I can't remember, it was shortly after I arrived in Germany. I was very busy during my three years there and everything is blurring together. :roll: (and I'm getting old) :D
