intro

Post by madsmarty »

I would like to introduce myself,
I am Liz and I am a mom to a soldier now training in RIP
He is only in his first week but loves it
He says its hard but he had a three week layover and he said that was worse. BORING

I apologize for being a dope on this forum but I am learning (I hope)
I don't get to talk with my son much now so of course being a mom I am kind of in the dark about a lot of things he is doing.
If anyone has any info I would love to know.
We are planning on coming down for his graduation but we don't know when it will be...
So again, hello to everyone and thanks for any help

Awwww ma'am first of all this is not the correct forum for you because your son has not graduated from RIP yet, as such he is not considered a Ranger.

Secondly you've already posted an intro in the DEP's/Cilivian forum which is the correct place to do so.

It isn't necessary to introduce yourself again. We welcome you here, hopefully you will find information that will interest you in RIP and what your son is experiencing right now. I encourage you to utilize the search button for topics on RIP or other information that may be of interest to you.

Good luck.

Well, since you are here, we are gonna have to disguise you. Here, put on this parachute and reserve chute and helmet. You are gonna be included in the next group of Paratroopers that are going to be jumping out the door of that C-130 over yonder. You've jumped before right? In this forum, you must have eh?

Welcome future jumper! Don't forget to yell at the top of your lungs as you jump from the aircraft. It keeps the stress down.

Man, those parent's just aren't showing up quick enough for you however it does seem that the lions, tigers and bears have not pounced on you just yet. So, welcome again...
