We have a -6 Wind Chill here right now. I will be really happy when the snow melts.
I swam the 500 Yards today, I should have timed it but I am sure it was a slow steady pace, I used the front crawl.

I was thinking about just sticking to how Ranger Nomad scheduled the workouts. So the Crossfit stuff on M/W/F and the resistance training on T/TH/S. I just feel it works for me. And whomever wants to select the workout for that day should go ahead. Also, I was thinking about rucking on some of the ...

I was posting them, but sometimes I like to do mine later in the day and some people can only workout in the morning. So in Ranger Nomad's absence how about whoever posts first we can do that workout?

I decided to do this one today guys and shaved a bit of time off the first time we did it. I ended up at 11:16. THE PERFECT 10 1. Box Jumps 2. Crunches 3. Medicine Ball Slams 4. Push Ups 5. I did this one today in 20:01,
The WO will consist of 5 rounds, non-stop, of the following exercises, in sequence:
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats
This one gets real fun towards the end with the pull ups I thought, have a good one guys.
