20 Crunches

Complete five rounds, in sequence of the above exercises. Take one minute rest between rounds and stretch your arms.

Did this workout today, time was 33:54 100 Pull Ups 100 Medicine Ball Slams (40-45lb MB needed) 100 Box Jumps (24" box) 100 Lunges (50L, 50R) 10 x 100 yard sprint The only break in here is the one you give yourself. Exercises do not have to be performed in sequence, so you can do for instance 5...

I completed the workout and I to substitued the stump for the tire.
On a side note I will be gone until sunday going down to Madison to watch state wrestling, my school is bringing four guys and hopefully a division 1 state champ so there should be some good wrestling.
