Well, you have plenty of time to get better. You have about 6 months it looks like. There is a lot of PT advice on here, take the time to read it, make a plan and get at it. Also, don't forget that form (especially on push ups) is just as important at this point. Doing 50 correct is better than 80 h...

Congratulations Ranger and keep us updated. I'm interested to hear what airborne school is like after RASP since just about all of us did it the other way around. Do they keep you all together or spread you throughout the airborne class ?

"Chassis Integrity is a term that the program uses. I would describe it as mid-section/body-frame training and hardening to build functional stability and strength."

We used to call them push ups.

"Unloaded runs ?" Shit, most of my runs I was still loaded.
