Precisely, MikeLogics.

Now that I look at it, doesn't it look like the same "guy"?

Ranger Desert Sloth, I can vouch for cod-liver oil (and not just for knees); haven't needed to resort to Gluco yet.

If possible, you might also try ice/cold packs on the knees right after your runs; that's supposed to aid the recovery.

I can second that; Million Dollar Baby was really good.

The theme is being willing to suffer to get what you want.

The whole movie is basically Eastwood, Freeman, and Swank, and they all give great performances.

Ranger Silverback, If I can run over a skunk between now and Christmas, I'm sending the carcass to you wrapped up like a present.

So, if it's from the Gulf Coast area, be careful what you open...

One thing I can recommend is an old-fashioned plugin telephone. You don't want the cordless type that requires a plug in to the AC power socket. This is because the phone co maintains it's own power supply and a regular phone will keep working after the electricity goes out. The cordless-type phones...

CMP M1

Ranger Gutlisswundr, I have a CMP M1 and I think it's a great way to get an M1, or whatever else they have. The CMP is pretty careful about safety issues, so you can plan on getting a rifle that is in "issuable" condition. The price is good compared to gunshows and the delivery is fairly f...

Excellent advice LN! You young guys need to appreciate something about all of these "deals"; the guys who are selling them to you are EXPERTS in their field, which is parting you from your money on uneven and unfair terms. They are highly motivated, highly disciplined, highly experienced, ...

Happy Armed Forces Day!

I've saved this for a while; now on the actual 25th anniversary of the occurrence, and inspired by Rule #5 of CavTroop and Ranger H8train's list of "Our 213 Things", here it is. I'll dedicate it to anyone who's ever spent a boring day demonstrating your equipment to the population. It's a ...

Best I ever heard of was "Y o u r N a m e" tattooed on a guy's dick.

Many strippers danced free after betting that he didn't have their name tattooed on his dick.

You might even want to ask a few more questions first; where in the arctic did this "arctic phase" take place, where were some of the other phases, etc. Don't give anything away yet. It sounds like he'd be happy to oblige you with some more "information" with which to set your ho...
