I've been in there a few times. Most of the people who go in there ask about Delta, Rangers, and being Snipers. I always find it funny when someone with the name RANGERdelta420 says he wants to be a Delta Force sniper.

Mule, give your body a break...how about just running 5 days a week? Running everyday ain't friggin good for you. Be mindful of your upperbody strength. Short lesson...know any long distance running folks with decent upper bodies? Nope, running too much canibalizes your body...you literally eat you...

I've been running 7 days a week. It pays off for endurance and distance, but once in awhile your legs will be sore. I don't see anything wrong with running everyday though, especially if you are going to be doing it in OSUT.

I thought it was cool to see how close the instructors work with them on the freefall, controlling them if they are spinning and staying in that spot watching to make sure they pull.

I got a quick question and couldn't find it and didn't want to make a new thread for it. At MEPS for the Airborne physical they make you pop your ears, do they do something so they pop or do you have to do it on command?
