when I first got to the 82nd we had em now they are issueing just ESS googles and oakley M frames ( the oakleys are fuckin nice for civilian and like a day out on the range and shit) wiley X's are fuckin weak because if you use the helmet strap that shit fuckin feels like someone is jaming their fin...

When I was in world wide (about 2 months ago) the big trend was bragg( where I am now ) and alaska, I doubt italty because two guys i went to basic with had it in their contract and then the army did a breach of contract and said germany or bragg. but im sure these things change from time to time.

Regiment doesn't wear helmet covers. IF however, you are attached to the rest of the Army, BY GOD , you'd better have a helmet cover, and BY GOD it had better be fit correctly, and BY GOD you'd better have a helmet band with your last name stitched in the front and your battle roster number stitche...
