Here is how the score is broken down: Academic (40): 40 pts for GPA (for example a kid with a 4.0 would get 40 pts, a kid with a 2.2 would get 22, and so on and so on) What’s bad about this system is that it’s completely non-subjective. A kid who goes to Princeton and get’s a hard earned 3.5 ...

Accessions for Cadets
Here’s a rundown of the accessions process as of last year. So, here we go: Roughly 3,500 to 4,500 cadets across the nation access ea...

Welcome, LT. It is good to know that your heart is still beating. I find it interesting that it is hard to get branched Infantry. During the Stone Age, Infantry is what everyone in the lower half of the ROTC classes got. I remember it making news when the top cadet at West Point chose Infantry as h...

Well I'm not one to stir up any shit.. How does the NBC NCO decide he's a 1ManBattalion? Fuckers were like the Maytag repairman from what I remember. LMAO :D :D I know his Squad Leader, and he's a good man. I'm sure this young NCO is doing great things. Although, I don't know anyone who could quali...

First off sir, I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit. These days it's really not at all easy to branch Infantry from ROTC. The only sure fire way is either to get AG (all male applicants were branch detailed IN this year) or be top ten percent in the nation of your accession year. So, g...
