Here's a shot of my feet after an average day of work in the civilian world. I wear the standard issue black wool socks, combat boots and BDUs for my job. Walk an average of 4,000 steps an hour for 7-14 hours a day. Hope you aren't eating while reading this! http://www.patdesantis.com/images/...

He was one of my RIP Instructors in December of 96. He could bring the smoke, that's for sure. At the time he said he was CLEPing through his college courses so he could go OCS/Chaplain. Saw an article online about him a year or two ago; something about becoming or being invited to be the Congressio...

Was back home in one of the local Irish pubs, throwing back some beers, wearing a grey t-shirt with a 1st Batt Scroll on the front. Shooting the shit with my buddy ...

Saw a few familiar names and figured I jump in. I was in 2nd Squad, 1st Plt, A/1/75 in 96-97. Meglan was a SSG then, and Weapons SL, as has already been stated. He left to be an RI right about the time I left Batt. I'll never forget, I had broken my back on a jump and had the dreaded profile, which ...
