Whats the best thing you can do one week out before a APFT?

I'm going to cut out all the beer and pop, trying to stay hydrated and focus on carbs.

anything else I could do, should I continue to work out and then take a couple days off before?

Success Rate of Officers about the same as Battalion Boys?

I do not know if this is true but I was told that roughly there success rates are comparable?

I would think that living sleeping and surviving in Battalion would prepare one for RS way more than a 2LT right out of IOBC?

thanks

Could somone in a tactical psyop unit go to Ranger School?

I know a guy who said he went to Ranger School but then I just read a post on here that said that the chances of a psyop reservist going to RS are slim to none.

Real Ranger?

I know a guy who was in the reserves with Psyop, claims to be tabbed and had been attached with Ranger Batt, said something about 2nd Battalion 40th? Maybe I misunderstood him but is there such thing? And also would a reservist every be attached with Ranger Batt?

thanks
