Re: Life in the 75th during Peacetime?

Stop worrying about what it will be like in Regiment and start working on getting into Regiment. And by the way, quit believing every sound bit you hear. When you finish beating your face for Ranger Cams, roll over and do 50 flutter kicks.

Re: How height might effect RASP/Etc.?

A Ranger is not determined by the size of his body, but by the size of his heart. Get in shape, mentally and physically, everything else will fall into place. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit! RLTW

That is great news, tell your son we are proud of him. What he has accomplished so far is more than most men will ever do. Great job on raising a great son in a day when half the kids his age only care about getting drunk, getting high or getting in trouble. RLTW

Re: New Army PT Tests

The PT test I took in Basic, AIT and in RIP was the 5 event test. They informed us in RIP that we were the last RIP class to take that PT Test. After our class they would start administering the new PT Test. That was October, November of 1980. I could max everything but the Inverted Crawl. That thin...

Re: Introduction Fr88tz

Apparently you didn't read them well enough. Let me help you out. When responding to Ranger members on this board you are to respond with Ranger and their name, ie, Ranger Cams, thank you for that advice. As Ranger Cams stated, 'it's called attention to detail. I need you to not only reread the site...
