make sure you get it in writing from an ortho doc BEFORE going to MEPS that you can do high impact activities to include parachuting. if not, chances are the docs at MEPS wont let you through.

Re: Selection/Orders for RASP
your ERB isn't going to show orders assignments. sometimes you'll get a copy emailed to you. usually your unit S-1 will let your C.O.C. know when they've come in. if in doubt, start bugging S-1. as for reclassing, yes, you'll reclass before going to RIP. kind of hard to select someone in an MOS that...

I've heard that life as the cherry private can be pretty brutal. My question is what to expect when I show up at Hunter and whats to be expected in day to day life in batt. its a fun experience...haha. actually it's what you make of it. shut your mouth, study, do what you're told and apply what you...

i honestly haven't heard of this. i've heard of knee caps slipping out of place, the joints slipping out of sockets, bones becoming brittle, muscles calcifying, etc...mostly everything but the growth plate slipping out of place. typically a break that crosses the growth plate (typically in ped's and...

Re: Selection/Orders for RASP
he can call the recruiter or wait. i waited for 2 months when i was going to RIP then sent an email. turned out my orders had been cut and the class had started already but my no one from my unit had signed for my orders so they had to be recut and were emailed directly to me.

Re: Eric Haney "Inside Delta Force"
I read the book last week. It was an amazing book. He is a great story teller and I believe a very truthful person . A lot of the incidents that he discusses are already public knowledge, therefore he really doesn't seem to be betraying classified information. In some cases he deliberately states t...

Re: overtraining injury - when is it ok to start again?
stop playing video games for one. start stretching that tendon for two. when you can stretch it with no pain then start EASING into working that muscle/tendon again. everything else, go as hard as you want. by the way, how the hell do you get tendonitis in your thumb? were you training for the world...

i'm not going to tell you to lie. you do what you feel you need/want to do. i'm going to tell you the outcomes of your decisions and probabily of things happening. tell the truth-worst case-you get disqualified from service. this would basically be because the docs are too lazy to perform the correc...
