I'm not sure who decided that a rest between 400's was the correct method but they are completely wrong. Running is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and stopping to rest is counterproductive. On top of that, quarter mile workouts will never get you any better at distance running so shit...

Ranger K. Ingraham what are loading trucks? I couldn't find anything about them online. Ranger ZoneIV on my 2 min pushups i did 50, on situps i did 70. I havent done a 2mile run yet but I plan on doing it soon. Before I stared doing circuirts my pushups was 25 :lol: max and situps was 45( 1 min max)...

Rangers I've recently just started circuit training and I would like to know your opinions on it.Has it helped you? Would you recommend it to anyone? Would you like to incorporate workouts you've done onto here?

Are you using an inhaler? No I don't need one. I'm able to do phyiscal stuff with no problems with breathing. In fact when I was younger I used an inhaler and i ran for boxing, that actually was harder on my lungs. Bases on your flippant attitude and complete disrespect for the RANGERS on this site...

I wouldn't think about cheating in the selection, If I got caught i'd feel dumb. I'd just do what they tell me. But at MEPs would they check my records for asthma?

I know and I'm not gonna quit, if that's what you mean by plan B. This is something I really wanna do. But will they check at MEPS?
