I currently live in northern VA about 30 minutes south of DC. I have been looking into the military since I was about 15 didn't really know what I wanted to do until I looked into the Rangers. I instantly I knew that's what I wanted, found a ranger contract and have been training for about 3 months....

I do 4 sets of 12-10-8-8 and do as mush weight as i can do for that day For cardio I run on the treadmill for (7.5 for 1 minute 8.5 for 1 minute 9.5 for one minute)x3 2 min rest (5.0 for 1:25 the go up to 10 for 45 sec)x3 2 min rest then start it all over again till i hit the required time for the d...

So I am leaving for basic in a couple months and I have been hitting the gym for about 2 or 3 months now getting ready. I can currently do 80 good pushups and 90 situps in 2 min 7 pullups and 5 mile in 38 minutes. I cant find the pt requirements for RASP1 so I dont know where I currently stand on my...

Hi my name is Noah I am 18 years old just recently enlisted in the Army with an 11x Opt 40 contract. I am very excited at giving RASP my all and hopefully joining the ranks of the 75th!
