Just graduated 06-09 Class, injuryed have question

Hey, I'm new to the site and just graduated the 06-09 Ranger school class. Since graduating my lower back has been feeling pretty fucked up as well as both my big toes feel numb. Are these things pretty normal and how long should they last for?
