Ranger Nomad,

Tuesdays PM workout completed. Substituted tricep extensions with close-grip flat bench, same number of sets and reps.

Ranger Nomad,

I really like this leg workout. I have been working on a rep-based leg workout and I have noticed that when I hit those inclines on my runs my legs can go into overdrive, which is a nice confidence boost.

Ranger Charlie 51,

I am 5'10'' and weighed in at 213 as of thursday morning. I want to drop down to 190 by the end of the year and be 185 to 180 by the time I leave for Basic. Im hoping the weight loss and running with a weighted vest to keep my leg strength will help make me run faster.

I joined the Army to make something of myself. I chose to follow the path of an Army Ranger to push myself to a level of mental and physical toughness that right now I can only imagine. I had the opportunity to accept a commission, but turned it down because in my mind I had no right commanding troo...

No purpose but just wanted to share my story. And what I thought I could do as an officer was actually limited. Thats why I enlisted instead of being commissioned. Sorry if the story was not appropriate for the topic.

Ranger charlie 51, I post things not becuase I think I am cool but becuase I want to know. If I wanted to win a cool contest I would have joined a frat and worn an abercrombie shirt. I take pride in the fact that I have taken up Judo or jujitsu (juijitsu I find is spelled when talking about the Braz...

Judo, Jujitsu and combatives

I am a yellow belt in Judo but only a white belt in jusjitsu. In my Judo class i was taught from a match perpspective and never a combat or fight perspective so I think I was hindered that way. In jujitsu my sensei is very good at teaching how to finish or killing the opponent which will help in com...

A story

I am a senior in college and I walked into the Army recruiting station and told them I wanted to join the army as an officer, moreover an infantry officer. I did everything to lead me onto that path until about 10 minutes after my OCS board interview. My recruiter who was a member of the 75th and no...

I can run a cross country race at an 830 pace and still have room for more but I know thats not good enough For RIP. I do have a larger frame becuase I like to Power/Olumpic lift but I am slowly converting ...

My name is Greg and I am 21 years old. I am in my senior year of college at Penn State and I recently signed an 11B option 40 contract. I joined this site to gain every advantage in knowledge I could to be able to become a U.S. Army Ranger.
