I just completed the workout as well and didnt have a pull-up bar avilabe so I did 60 pound curls pausing for 2 seconds at the top. Time was 22:03 but I think this one goes to DUG as he was the only one who could complete the workout properly.

Completed this late at night as I will not have time to before your deadline tommorow afternoon. I think cutting weight this week had a huge negative affect on my APFT this time around.

I kept an unusually steady pace, which is odd for me as it is a thing I struggle with while running by myself and finished in 25:56.

I completed mondays workout in 18:02,
But like a dumbass i dont know how to read and did 50 pull ups and 25 medicine ball slams.

Finished the workout in 24 even, I am glad the question about the boxes was brought up though because I was doing them on a 18" box. I will correct that as soon as possible.

Completed the run in 15:55, I finished the PM workout and looked at my watch and I never started it so I dont know the time. I do know however that the last set of crunches were probably the most painful for me.
