Collapsible Batons

Anyone out there have any experience with collapsible batons? Any suggestions? I'm looking for something that's relatively small (i.e. 6-7" collapsed). I'm told that the Asp product is pretty good, but wondering if I can get something almost as good without the Asp price. At the moment I'm lean...

AOW's (Any Other Weapon) aren't for everyone, but they can be useful in the right situation. Believe it or not, they aren't too bad to shoot either. If a .44 mag recoil doesn't bother you, these won't either:
