Ranger Nomad, My resting HR was around 57 with my weight at 176. I finished my first mile in 7:03 and my second one in 6:38. For the last mile my HR hovered around 170 and pushed too 180. I concluded the "Sweatshop" in 39:44. I must say I felt alot more efficiency with my pullups this time...

Pushups= 72

Situps= 81

2 mile= 13:03

Chinups= 12

I am disappointed in the run time; I was trying for a 12:30.

I must be confused because I ran 3.75 miles total and I did not complete near as many burpees, lunges, and squats as you listed. Just finished Saturday's Suckfest at 42:03. Once again I let college football take priority. Besides rucking that was the hardest workout I have done.

I came in at 25:17. My heartrate stayed very high throughout. I felt strong with the lunges. My legs have strengthened so much since I started these workouts.
Looking forward to the next one.

Ranger Nomad, I completed the 5 rounds in 33:27. My pullups were a complete mess after the 2nd round; and the other exercises were a breeze comparatively. Now I got to catch up on Saturday's workout. For yesterday's workout my time was 34:12. I cannot believe I finished 7 minutes after the desired time.
I utilized a hill with my ruck. The mountain climbers were the toughest for me.

Hello fellow DEP's, I am curious to see how you younger guys time on these exercises...

Today's workout took me 40:13. The side leg squats and bodybuilders smoked my thighs.

I cannot believe it took me that long; it just goes to show that you can never be too fit.

Ranger Nomad, I split my sets up into: 5 pull ups 25 push ups 50 squats With a time of 35:13. The pull-ups were by far the hardest to complete. My lats are smoked.
