My apologies, Ranger Matador275.

Veteran TC204, I am sorry if my above post caused any disrespect. It won't happen again.

Veteran TC204, http://www.tinylink.com is a website I've seen other Rangers use around the forums to shorten the lengths of url's. Just copy and paste the url you wish to shorten into the provided space and hit the convert button; it will take a second or two and give you the shortened version. This...

Ranger J.Rico and Ranger Jim,

I'm still having problems getting into the Mentor forums, still saying they don't exist from following Ranger J.Rico's link. I figured I would check in since it's been a week or so and see if anyone had any ideas.

Ranger Cams,

I haven't really ran since I was 17 and I've had an office job since I was 18....office jobs are evil. The only reason I can even run 2 miles in that time is because I was at least doing some gym training...it never involved endurance though...thus the shitty results.

Ranger Jim, I just completed the full APFT since the way I originally did it wasn't how it was intended to be completed. Sit-ups: 55 Push-ups: 43 (My arms gave out on me) 2-mile Run: 18:16min Hopefully, this is the information you were after the whole time. Thanks for hanging around and giving me so...

Rangers,

My results are as follows:

Sit-ups: 56 (2min)
Push-ups: 49 (2min)

Sit-ups are pretty accurate of my current ability, push-ups aren't top performance because my arms were still jello from yesterday's workout.

Ranger Rangerguru, I'll knockout the sit-ups tomorrow and the push-ups will probably have to wait until Wednesday as I just finished the workout for push-ups posted in the APFT section. I'm just trying to avoid interrupting my workout schedule and cramming the test results into an off day. From what...

Ranger Jim, My current 1 mile time is roughly 8:50ish....Yes, I know that's damn embarrassing compared to what I was running in high school. It's hard for me to come up with an exact number at this point because I don't know of any tracks that I can use around here and don't have a way to measure di...

Ranger Jim, seems the Army's idea of a physical fitness test for DEP'ers is a short 3min. obstacle course. Not quite what I had in mind, not a bad outing though.

Needless to say, I'm still working on getting some official results for the -actual- test.

Ranger Jim, I will have my APFT results as of this weekend. I have to go to a future soldiers camp this weekend, in which I'll be competing against other DEP'ers from Ohio and Kentucky. Hopefully the results will be fairly good, but I know I'm lacking in run times and possibly pushups and am working...

Ranger Charlie 51, I apologize to you and all other Rangers that were offended by my prior post. I didn't realize that it came off so harshly, I'm not here to pretend I'm as good as you all or insult any of the Rangers here. I'm here to learn from you in the hopes that one day I will be able to foll...
