Re: New Army PT Tests
I wonder how they will do the deadlift portion - if they will allow for a decent warm up prior to scoring. A person's max dl who has been allowed protocol time, vs not will be significantly different. Sure hope they aren't stupid about executing this.

Re: Paleo
I am pretty much paleo - I follow the Blood Type Diet by Dr. James D'Adamo for type O, which is similar to paleo, however no nuts are allowed. The recipe below rocked my world. Enjoy. Spicy Garlic Shrimp with Broccoli *The broccoli was my addition, I use a whole bunch, up to you - I also use pre-coo...

Re: Disney Military Salute 4 January 2009 - 23 December 2009
RGR JLTW!, I haven't received word yet whether they will continue this for the new year - I for one would be very pleased if they did. They are offering a volunteerism incentive, "Give a Day, Get a Day" but as it states, it is only 1 day. You can find more info on the Disney World website....

Re: The impact in your life as a Ranger
Rangers, As has been noted that St Andrew is indeed the Patron Saint of Scotland and the reason his cross is in the shape of an X instead of a cross is that he did not deem himself worthy to die the same way as Christ and asked to be crucified in the shape of an X. If there as been any wives, or ot...

Re: Where is the Best BBQ?
I'm still lovin' Rudy's BBQ. First bbq I had here in TX. Goes for your hubby as well obviously...given the...
